Our orders are processed and dispatched from the UK or EU using normal postal services. We are unable to give specific delivery dates but, providing the products you have ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 5-10 days of receiving the confirmation email that your order has been dispatched if you live in mainland Europe. Orders outside mainland Europe may take longer.
If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and give you the choice of putting your order on hold until new stock arrives, cancelling and being refunded, or choosing other products from the Airtribune shop of equal value.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, LOST AND INCORRECT GOODS
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
In the event of any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied, Airtribune must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the products. We will ask you to organise the return of the product and provide us with proof of postage. On receipt of that Airtribune will reimburse you the postage costs in accordance with the UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334)
UNWANTED RETURN OF GOODS
You may return the goods up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund. They must new, unused, and in their orginal packaging, with all original stickers, tags or other labelling attached. They will be retrned at your own cost. When we receive the goods back we will issue a refund less a 5% handling fee and excluding postage.
